Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order ships. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at lunalinkscj@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at lunalinkscj@gmail.com with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Sale and promotional items

Items bought with a promotion (such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free) can be returned within the same 30-day window. If you return part of a promotional order, the refund reflects the price you actually paid for the returned item.
